Some of these include concentrating, working out, squinting and driving. So what you have to do is become conscious of when you are wrinkling your eyebrows; and then find ways of stopping that habit. For example, if you were squinting in the sun, then wear sunglasses as that will prevent this problem.
2.Smoking is another habit that you have to give up if you want to have a wrinkle -free smooth skin. Smoking not only weakens your lungs and other internal organs, but also your skin by making it weak and damaged. Such a skin wrinkles easily. It has been seen that a nonsmoker will have wrinkles at a much later age than a smoker. Not only smokers have premature wrinkles between eyebrows, but also they are much deeper than those who don't smoke.
3.Sun is the biggest enemy to smooth and young skin. The UV rays of the sun damage the skin in many ways. Wrinkles are just one of the damages that you can see. So make it a habit of wearing sunscreen every day whenever you go out. Make sure you put it at least an hour before going out and it is better to go for those that have a SPF factor of 15 or higher. If the cover all spectrum of sun ray, then it is all the more better. Wear a sunscreen even if the day is cloudy. Not only should you wear sunscreen, but also other sun protection gears like sunglasses and a hat.
4.Drinking plenty of water will not only keep your internal organs functioning well, but also your skin hydrated. Wrinkles between eyebrows appear more on dry skin; so if you keep your skin well hydrated, it will not only stay healthy but will also slow down the appearance of wrinkles.
5.There is a reason why doctors recommend an eight hour sleep for all of us. Unless we get enough sleep, we feel disturbed and lethargic which in turn will make you frown more. When you get sleep in required amount, you feel rested and hence will frown less. If you have a habit of frowning while sleeping, then sleep with a tape in between eyebrows to stop those dreaded wrinkles between eyebrows from forming.
