You can do this by clicking on a first category, choosing a concept that you want to try and clicking at the second category to combine it with the first concept. The result of this experiment will depend mainly on what you will choose. For example, combining sin and food will produce gluttony while combining sin and sex will produce lust. It is up to you on how you will combine the other stuff to produce all the right results.
