subject: Mbt Shuguli Quality Is Great, So If You Are Looking For A Shorter Boot [print this page] MBT shoes is one of the most highly respected premium walking shoes in the market. Thats why I wish to highlight this shoe in this MBT shoes review. Many consumers try these walking shoes and find no reason to ever change to another brand. The reason being that MBT Shuguli are known for quality and offer so many exceptional health benefits.I've had these shoes for about a month now and I love them. From a comfort perspective they are even more wearable than my Barabaras (whose funky, 1970s Buster Brown back-to-school aesthetic I rather like), and they tone my core more effectively than my Earth sandals (which are great for my legs and much cheaper).I've been wearing MBT Kimondo and sport shoes for 4 years, so I'm familiar with MBT Tataga.
I usually wear size 8.5 or 39, and I ordered size 9, as recommended. The boots are too big. Also, they would be more attractive if they were taller. They measure 13 inches from the floor to top of the MBT Safiri. A height of 15 inches would have been better. The circumference of the boot at it's fullest height is about 15 inches. I have muscular calves from running, so it was great that they fit around the calf. More information such as this is needed in the description.
The quality is great, so if you are looking for a shorter boot....this is it. From a fashion standpoint, let me say first that the shoe is much better looking in person -- the color is a very dark brown, much darker than the pictures online, and the leather is top notch. The oversize gunmetal buckles add a nice swanky touch that helps keep the whole design of the shoe in scale. I've been styling them the same way I would all of those funky sandal clogs I keep seeing in the Anthropologie catalog and it seems to be working. As someone with a disability, I really appreciate being able to build muscle without straining or overheating, and also without looking like I'm wearing scary orthopedic shoes. Thanks, MBT Tariki!
