What you need to do after a break up is try and forget about all of theexperiences you had together, for some this will not be easy and will be a true test of your character but it is something which will help you in the long run and make you a stronger person. If you can keep yourself busy, maybe pick up a new hobbie, surround yourself with close friends. You need to show that you can have a good time without your ex that you can move on. By doing this you are showing them that you respect the decision that was made, this will also give them time to reconsider what they have lost and who knows you might find that they are begging you to come back sooner than you expected.
