2. Stay away from the 4 whites below.

This means refined salt, white flour, white sugar, and dairy. By leaving behind these four whites, you will see an increase in energy and automatically see a massive weight drop. The harmful effects are well known for sugar, flour and refined salt by most people but what about dairy? Dairy is a huge reason behind the fact that a great number of people find it hard to move the excess weight. Dairy is linked to clogged arteries, weight gain, inflammation to the body and digestive problems. You can easily avoid dairy and still get your calcium intake by swapping dairy for leafy greens.

3. Know where the health food is.

It really is just as easy to drop by your local supermarket to grab a healthy bite as it is to drop by your local convenience store and buy some harmful processed food. As a rough guide, packaged foods with huge ingredients labels that look like more of a science experiment are to be avoided and the best foods have no labels at all.

Don't use lack of time as an excuse. It's just as easy to pick something healthy to eat as it is to pick something unhealthy when you stop 2-3 times daily to eat, not to mention more times aswell when you snack.
