subject: Want To Take Up A Different Career Path But Without The Risks? [print this page] Even with Midlife Crisis, most have several Career Changes
It is found that many people today throughout their working life now tend to have at least two or even three career changes. And in some cases it could involve undertaking training to do it. And often when people do this their families also have to make sacrifices as it means less money coming in. This is often the major deciding factor. And because it often means a big drop in salary, many simply can't afford to change their careers. But it is possible to do this if you set up additional income cash streams around your day job and family. It is not by doing part-time jobs. And once they are set up, they very much look after themselves while they are producing cash each and every month. This then more than makes up for any shortfalls you may have when deciding a career change.
Now possible to do Career Changes without the risks
The other element to take into account before you do anything is to build in the risks involved with career changers. Often when changing to a completely different job/career it may need you to pay for some of the training. This is because it is fast track training or only some of the training is paid for. So the fee paying element and training costs could also be holding you back. But the good news is this would no longer be the case as the additional cash streams you've just setting up are now generating more than enough to cover all of this.
And even when you decide to change careers there is still the risk of no real permanent job being available at the end of your training. So you are still at risk, especially if for whatever reason there are no longer the jobs available for you after all your training. And this means you no longer have any regular income coming in. And you are now not sure what to do next. That is whether you should go back to your old career even if this means taking a drop in salary. But the good news is this should no longer be the case as the additional cash streams you've just set up using a kind of self employment but on your own terms - are now generating more than enough to meet your needs.
And there is still a small possibility that even while you are training that this career change is not for you. This is even when you have done all the research beforehand and even done some time finding out what is actually involved. You can never really experience it until you have actually started doing a job for real. And believe me this does sometime happen. But again if you set up you own additional cash streams you have protected yourself against this.
