One of the most striking elements of the new CLS is the fact that it is a much lighter variant of its former self. And the real newsworthy item for Chicago Mercedes ML Class enthusiasts is that the CLS will feature a range of four available engines, including two 3.5 liter V6 options, a 2.5 liter four-cylinder diesel and the V8 CLS 550, the latter of which puts out a striking 402 horsepower and 443 pound-feet of torque. We knew that Mercedes would want to up the ante for this go around, and they certainly had the mind to do so. With that kind of power, the CLS reasserts its dominance in a segment all its own, adding a nice little cherry on top with sexy, aerodynamic look and feel.
