subject: Three Simple Eft Training Exercises For Creating Success [print this page]

Are you learning EFT? Are you thinking about using these awesome techniques to create a professional practice? The truth is all the information you can find won't qualify you as an EFT professional. But here are three simple EFT training tips that can take you where you want to go.

The secret to become an effective EFT professional is to master various techniques that will enable you to become helpful in different situations. This takes practice.

Don't know about EFT?

If you haven't heard about EFT, you're in for a treat that could make a huge difference. The EFT Technique is a group of simple and quick techniques that almost anybody can use to eliminate stuck emotions. As amazing as it may seem, EFT frequently works in a few moments just by tapping on a sequence of points on the body.

The idea that tapping here and there on the body can make huge differences is one of the truly astounding parts about the Emotional Freedom Techniques.

This method, which only takes a few minutes, can elicit changes with almost any emotion and in some cases, with physical problems as well. EFT has been shown to be helpful with fear, phobias, loss, anger, performance anxiety, stress, weight management, money issues, and use your imagination.

How can you become effective?

1. Get EFT training from a skilled practitioner with a record of success. Take the time to learn all the techniques by yourself until you are thoroughly familiar with them. This will build your confidence and in the process, you will get rid of some old emotions along the way.

2. Choose a specific topic where you would want to help others. Though EFT is amazingly helpful with a broad range of challenges, you can be more effective by focusing on a specific subject where you believe you can help people. Pick an area where you have made changes in your life that you can share.

Create a written plan for how you would approach that particular problem. As an example, if you would like to create a program for stress management, what elements would you include in your work with clients? A strategy will allow you to make the best use of your consultations and optimize your results.

Ask yourself these questions:

* What are the key points to cover in a program for this challenge?

* How many sessions would you recommend for your clients?

* What areas would you focus on in these sessions?

* What would you ask your clients to do at home to continue to change their lives for the better?

3. Find some individuals with the problem you want to specialize in and hone your skills with them. Wonder how to find them?

You may be able to locate a group near you that focuses on these people. A great place to locate some people is www.meetup.com, where groups of people meet on just about any topic. And if you can't find a group that meets on your subject, all you have to do is create one. In a week or two, you could have access to a group of people who are looking for the exact things you seek to offer.

An added benefit of a group like this is that you will be creating a group of people to contact when you finish your EFT training. They may connect with you as clients and/or recommend you to others when you practice professionally.
