Not only does it save the household a chore to get done, you also burn a few calories while catching up with what happened in your favourite series.

2)Get on that Exercise cycle

Pedal away while watching your favourite series. It doesnt stop you from watching the television, and you get to burn a lot of those calories while you are at it. In fact, if you can get an entire half hour of cycling in, it results in a lot of calories shed and that means, over time, a lot of inches shed off your waist.

3)Yoga

Stretching your body in a few simple exercises while watching television never hurt anybody. It might not hurt to consult with an expert about which exercises are suitable do make sure you do not over-exert yourself. But once you get the go-ahead, do make sure you spend about three half-hour session in front of the body giving your body the isometric once-over.

4)DONT eat

Eating while watching television is actually a sure-fire way of ending up eating more than you should. Practically every dietician worth his salt will tell you to concentrate on the food you are eating and watching TV is about the best way to ensure that you do not do that.
