How is it that computers have progressed so much in recent decades? It's really quite amazing to think about how far things have calmed in such a short period of time. When you think about products like the GE Fanuc series of component parts you really have to sit back and wonder how products like these are manufactured. The Fanuc PLC in line of computer component parts for manufacturing purposes have been revolutionary in the field, but who among us would then able to predict that such products like this are going to be around at this point in time? Really none of us were able to determine what goods and services technology was going to be able to produce for us currently. All we really could do was look back of the past and try and determine where the line of the previous technological advancement had already gone and furthermore where it was going to take us. Doing something like this though really takes a lot of insight and a lot of intuition that not too many people possess. So how can you arrive determine what's coming down the pipe technologically speaking in the near future? To speak the plain truth it's very difficult to determine what's going to happen at any point in the future in terms of technology. As I stated earlier the past is really the best indicator but even that is a somewhat poor indicator at best. So really I think that we'll just have to sit back and wait and see what comes our way.
