Seven Causes of Unsuccessful Internet Entrepreneur

We often see successful entrepreneurs in the business world. But we are rarely exposed to the entrepreneurs who fail. In the U.S., the failure of an entrepreneur is regarded as a Hero, their efforts are appreciated by other entrepreneurs. This has not happened in Asia, assuming it is a shameful failure. Although the deal itself many advantages, some entrepreneurs fail to conduct their business.

Among the factors and reasons why entrepreneurs fail to be explained as follows:

1. Failure to plan properly or do not know the plan. Those who fail to plan, actually planning to fail. Although the plan may be made, it is not specific and simply, "I want money this year!" How many goals and how to make it happen thankfully, not determined. Finally, the dream to be like fantasy.

2. Failure to manage cash flow. There are no records and transaction records that allow the flow of money in and out accurately known and monitored. Some entrepreneurs think, is the money coming from the business and profits, they are entitled to spend money for whatever purpose, including items that are not profitable business.

3. Like delay. This attitude is at first might not provide a big problem, but if left unchecked, it affects the management of the business. Documents to be dumped for later processing, the time wasted in searching for information and ultimately the decision is incorrect and detrimental to the business.

4. Marketing strategies are not effective. Marketing strategy is not used effectively to attract customers. Moreover, it is able to maintain its existing customer base. Customers are more interested in a competitor that is much more effective marketing strategies.

5. Non-efficient customer service. Entrepreneurs only think about how to get customers but did not think about how to retain customers. In fact, customer retention is more difficult than getting customers. Workers are incompetent and untrustworthy. Employees are not based on skill and attitude. Entrepreneurs do not make the investment to train people and do not spend enough time to supervise.

6. Business-location is not suitable. Shop difficult customer calls made or hard to go to the shop. For example, a shop located in the middle of the intersection traffic lights, or protected, businesses fail despite the high quality goods and a lot of options. Customers also may not terperasan such as clothing stores, located on the top floor of the building.

7. Non-minded. Entrepreneurs do not think global and futuristic or forward. They do not know or did not take out the various aspects of business development. Goods sold or services provided may be neglected in terms of features and a lower demand. Entrepreneurs need to add knowledge from time to time and it can be done by attending seminars and courses in entrepreneurship, seek advice from their peers and the experts and also read magazines and web sites related to business. Women's Weekly magazine, for example, a segment of the Business Community to discuss the success of local entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs can also read the magazine The Economic and foreign business magazine.

To be successful, no way, if there's reason failed. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Remember that our failure actually came from us.
