Newton's law states that: "An object in motion tends to stay in motion, unless acted upon by an outside force." It also states that: "An object at rest tends to stay at rest, unless acted upon by an outside force." Ok great we all learned this in fourth grade science, why am I discussing it now? It's simple, as humans we are bound by this particular law. If we desire to have something or do something, the desire alone will not bring us to it; we must act.

What's the hardest part about trying something new? The very first step! That first step is the reason why people live in the same miserable careers for years. It's the reason people continue to gain more weight every year and more people are overweight now than ever before. People are afraid of the first step, why? Because it represents change and every time you have change in your life there is an element of the unknown and people are afraid of the unknown. The only way to break the chain of fear is to reach out and accomplish a minor goal you have set for yourself. It can be a simple as accomplishing a step of the larger goal; anything that will get you up and moving towards your ultimate goal is better than sitting their getting closer to your grave.

Don't hesitate to take step toward positive change because it can change your life in a better way. You should plan for your day that how you want to start it then finish your day by preparing for the next day. It'll help you to make a great day.

You have the laws of physics on your side! Nothing can stop you once you get your own Inertia train moving. Do this by taking a little step towards the goal by accomplishing one of the little steps. Once you have accomplished one of the little steps you will get a rush of endorphins, which will give you the power and courage to accomplish the next step. Now the Law of Inertia will have kicked in and you're on your way to accomplishing all you desire. Allow your Inertia train to keep you moving in the right direction.

Build up positive thinking in your mind. Positive thinking by itself won't lead you to success, but it definitely goes a long way to motivate you to do the other things required. The one of the great way to success is to stop multi-tasking. You should have to single task in one time. Because in this way you can be more effective with your tasks and it'll reduce your stress throughout the day.

Think what is your aim in life what you want to be? Do you want to live with your miserable career only or you want to lead a successful life? Just focus on one goal. Focusing on one task at a time is more effective. For the first time it may be difficult to focus on only one goal but believe me it's really works; once you achieve you first goal then you can focus on your other goals one by one. It may be a great change in your life and difficult to adapt but for the betterment of your life you should take it.

Make a list for your all tasks, mark the essentials and eliminate the non essentials from your life. This process will definitely change your life because it will help you to simplify, to focus on what's important, and to build the life you want. Plan your daily routine it is so simple, but creating a daily routine for yourself can make a big difference in your life. It means you should develop a routine for when you awake, for when you first start working, for when you finish your workday, and for the end of your evening.
