No one knows who he, or she, is: Only with our creator we recognize ourselves
An individual with out identification remains as mysterious as he, or she, really is. We are unknown creatures, identified as homo sapiens belonging to the human species. Who are you exactly, nobody knows, not even yourself, intelligent as you are. Nothing gives you the least idea of who you are. You happen to there, born of your parents, an other two unidentified subjects.
You identify yourself with you're your closest circle, your family. They are your immediate environment an immediate recognition. You have the name of your family. Your name gives you your identifying code.
They call you by your name and recognize you by your name. Not only the name is necessary as a definitions, your features, external characteristics that mark you as you are and thus they familiarize with these characteristics.
If you do plastic surgery and lose your features then you are not identified except by your voice your movement, your gestures and things that are familiar with. Your name remains as essential for knowing you and recognizing your presence or none presence. The second circle is your friends and at work. This circle identifies you by your name and your characteristic features, behavior and voice.
Changing your characteristic features. Like an actor does, lead your second circle not to recognize you and hence you become easily another person. The outer circle, your society identifies you according to your name and external features. We can be numbers, or symbols on a society record and that is or recognition identity.
You could pass for another person very easily if you change your external characteristics and your name. Many criminals change slightly their features and their names and they become unidentified persons.
Unless you have a criminal record and your finger prints are registered down, as well as your hair features, your eyes and your DNA charts, you can pass unidentified and non recognizable by your society or any other society. Who are we? Is the eternal questions of man. No one knows who he is.
No one is capable of saying who he or she is. If we look into the question from another perspective, the perspective of our creator, for we need a creating power to bring us about into existence, into our form and shape color and characteristics, then we are able to identify ourselves as creatures of a creator.
Only in this way we do recognize our being, since such a power that have brought us about in the way it chooses and not the way we choose. We become recognizable to this power. We become only identified by this power only.
The question of who really are we is only comprehensive to the power that created and put our atoms together. Otherwise we remain artificially and superficially identified by other humans like us.
Our real identity is recognizable only in relation to our maker, our creator, God.
