Although the question has been asked less and less recently, it is one that still gets broached when I meet up with old friends that I have not seen for sometime.Let me reveal to you who I used to be and more significantly, where I used to be. Each Saturday night I would be found in exactly the same position - I would be sitting on my large couch, dreaming of what I wanted to do whilst everyone else was in the outside world already doing it. I was lonely at home and constantly felt very bored and frustrated.The routine of being that lazy bum sitting on the couch watching television eventually lead me to reassess my life. Something in me snapped and that Saturday night I made the life changing decision that I still look back on as a turning point in my life. You see I was under confident because of one thing, my horrid teeth. That lonely Saturday night will remain etched in my memory forever, it was the night I chose to change myself forever. The first thing that I had to do was deal with the thing that was causing my lack of confidence. I spent a few hours on the internet researching teeth whitening products. I found a teeth whitening product I thought would help and I knew I had to order it now. Two weeks later the teeth whitening gel arrived and I then began the transformation. My teeth went from a horrid yellow stained color, to a sparkling white and I was amazed at the effect it had on both me and those around me. Practically straight away I noticed how people treated me differently. This I believe was due to my increased confidence. Where as before I was scared to smile; now that I smiled at everyone their reaction stunned me. My smile was met with something that I did not expect, people actually reciprocated and smiled right back at me. I could not believe that such an easily accessible product could change my life forever. This was the first step in my transformation and the next thing I did was to start an excercise plan. After work each day, I spent an hour pounding the streets getting fitter. At first it was difficult however, slowly it got easier and I began to see the same people every night and chat with them as we jogged.It was not long before one of my jogging partners asked me to go for a drink and boy was I happy. I then decided to never give into tiredness, I exercised daily until I could do no more and I could relax with friends in a guilt free way. I had done the exercise and it was alright to relax on the couch for the remainder of the night. Tiredness became less and less prominent as my fitness increased over the next few months.I was full of energy and loving life again. My joy and enthusiasm soon started to rub off on the people around me and I was living life like I was 18 again. Suddenly the list of friends on my phone was swelling and I even had to turn invitations down. My newly invigorated approach to life seemed to be contagious; all my friends seemed happier and this appeared to be due to the effect I was having on people, I wanted more.I still recall now the day that I caught a glimpse of the new me in my bedroom mirror, I was really shocked. The gleaming white teeth (thanks to the teeth whitening gel), the ripped body and the confidence I felt surging through me - I was a new man! It worked for me and can work for anyone, just have faith to start the process now.
