Cut down Waist Size Easily
When clients in my Skinny Asian Diet program want to drop inches off their waist one thing I do is put them on to a revised food routine that places a focus on calories being used up from fat-deposits near our belly versus other areas of our body. By doing this we can attack that spot a bit, which is challenging to do in many instances.
The meals I want you to totally focus on to activate this effect are whole grains, sprouts, raw vegetables, and fruit.
Take care at the start when first consuming the raw vegetables as often it takes a day or two for our body to adjust to processing them through our system.
The main reason these specific foods perform so well to shrink waist size are caused by the difficulty of digestion. As our abdomen and large intestine break down the vegetables and whole grains they switch on core body muscles that drive the food through our system. These muscles require energy so they can function, and they get that energy from resources in the area, particularly body fat near your waistline.
It requires a tremendous amount of force to process raw vegetables, and we can make the most of this natural work at any time just based upon what we decide on to eat!
You must increase your intake of water during this approach, for several reasons. First, it will help the vegetables get broken down and utilized properly. Second, water tends to collect around our waist which is part of the reason why it's a problem area. If we can blow out a portion of the water in that location we'll look tighter, thinner, and more like what we want to.
The more water you drink the LESS you hold in your body, which is why I want you to drink like a fish! Try to go to 6-8 glasses per day to allow your body to properly process and get rid of any water you're storing.
