You want to be happy, but it seems something that needs more time to turn the upset into happiness-especially when you are doing something important, you are more likely to use this period of time to deal with work even though you are not feeling well.

It is not an easy thing that makes your mood swings between elation and despair, and thats sometimes harmful. However, you can spend some time-10 minutes for instance-to do something that will make you feel better-that can make you keep on doing things.

Here are something that you can do to make you feel better while you are not satisfied with yourself, and your life.

1.Sit quiet by yourself. Whenever you want to find the peace in mind or stay from your work or anything. Just be true to yourself. Let the feeling bubble up and then experience the thoughts flowing out of your mind.

I sometimes imagine a room has to be cleaned. Things that I clear away are like the bad emotions. While facing with such a messy room I just feel frustrating and fretful. But as I straightening up the room, putting things in order, I just feel energetic for more things.

2.Write a thank you letter to your mate or your parents. You can show your appreciation about who he or she is, and them being with you. Your writing will give your partner or family members something to cherish for their life, and it will be a good memory between you.

3.Watch the video of Randy. Pausch's The Last Lecture. Its a deeply moving segment that you may find something good for you to learn.

4.Take out your oldest family photo album and look through it. Seeing through the photos about yourself or your childrens growing up or that you took in every important occasion can remind you of some fond memories and perhaps make you a bit wistful for days gone by. Thats why I keep writing travel logs with both language and photos.

5.Play with a child. You must ever experience that when you are upset, playing with kids can cheer you up. Playing with them can help you stay in touch with the child inside you, and you may astonish by their way seeing the world.

6.Visualize or imagine a positive outcome for any issue. Imagine about the life in your mind, visualize it, and feel your happiness and fulfillment. Think about things that you like.

7.Dance like nobodys watching. While dancing in front of other people, you will try to watch your move and care about how well youre doing. But that sometimes cant make you happy. So why not just dance the way you like? Forget about others and feel the joy of moving to your favorite music, like shake, twist, or jump around.

8.Care for your pets. Sometimes the pets can be a good teacher.

Feel every minutes of joy in your life, no matter how long the experience lasts, it can make a difference in the way you dealing with things.
