Try to give you a "no trouble" time before you are going to bed, when you do not address difficulties but only concentrate on full relaxation.

4. Buy a white-noise machine when you go to bed. The soothing sound can help you have a good sleep. A good night's sleep is quite critical when you are stressful, since anxiety leads to sleep deprivation.

5. Find one things that makes you anxious. Sit down and write all your fears you have about that thing. If it is money, write down what will happen if you lose your job. What is the absolute thing that may happen? Now look at every item and give the mark on the scale to 1 to 10. With 1 being that would never happen, with 10 being likely that it will happen. You will surprisingly find that there are only a few items rank above 5, you may decide to have a contingency plan for it.
