How much it is taking to reach to your work place once you get on the subway? Is this right choice to consider during the December (very cold), April (heavy rains), and in the month of the August (extremely hot)? Does goes around the neighbourhood so that you can explore?
Overall neighbourhood
Where can you buy your groceries which is closes enough to carry them to you house or not? What facilities do the neighbourhood has? Do you find good restaurants? Would people go out in your neighbourhood? Is it closer to Laundromat, dry cleaners, post office, and drugstores? Is the neighbourhood kid friendly? Is it near the schools? All these things are need to be considering before looking for NYC Apartment for rent.
