Lean back a little until you will feel the "crunch" or stretch in your lower spine. Do the stretches up to 10 seconds then repeat the sequence if possible.

Then the "touch toes" is the next exercise to do. Bow forwards as much as you can and touch your toes using your fingers. Keep your legs always straight all the time; try to prevent bending your knees. You may raise your body every 5 seconds.

One of the steps on how to get taller naturally is to lie your face down the mat or floor with your arms straight out in front of you. Stretch your legs. Exhale and move up your chest and legs together. Next is to reach your arms forward and your legs is backward extended. Then hold your body position for about two seconds. You may now inhale and relax. Do the sequence up to twenty repetitions.
