Some of these plans work better than others. Some are quite effective for the short term but lack the long term effectiveness. Others may actually cause you to gain weight in the long run.
What you really need is to follow a plan that is inexpensive and effective for short range weight reduction, as well as a healthy and enjoyable eating plan for the long haul, including appropriate exercises. It should also be a plan that is tailored to your particular needs; a plan where you can ask questions from time to time and get the help and suggestions you need.
