Once again, it's easy levels and you can sell the bags on the auction house for a tidy sum, especially once you start making netherweave and frostweave bags.
Thirdly, your second profession should be enchanting. Often you won't be able to sell what you make - it's the same with all crafting professions, you have to make a lot of crap before you get to the good stuff. So what better way to get rid of it than by disenchanting? That way you'll be able to sell the shards and dust and make yourself a little bit of gold on the side.
