The Apprentice What Would Lord Sugar Do With THIS Motley Bunch?

16 candidates, one job...

Now in its 6th incredible series, The Apprentice has been a massive hit around the globe, attracting audiences of millions and spawning international versions in America, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland.

The runaway success of The Apprentice got me wondering. Imagine that instead of everyday people, the candidates were a collection of heroes and villains, thrown together to work on various projects and tasks to become 'The Apprentice'.

In line with the idea behind 'Fantasy Football', my 16 candidates would be the following:

For the Men:-

- Darth Vader Dark Lord of the Sith

- Jar Jar Binks All-round annoyance and parasite of the Star Wars universe

- Captain James T Kirk But from his more feisty days

- Predator The creature with a bad attitude towards others

- C3PO Clever, very clever...but perhaps lacking leadership skills

- T1000 More commonly known as The Terminator; single-minded approach

- Han Solo All-round smooth talker, but not afraid to kick ass if required

- Scotty Engineer of the Enterprise, but man that can make or fix anything

For the Women:-

- Princess Leia Hope there's no dirty work to be done while she's wearing that white gown

- Sarah Conner The no-nonsense tough girl and Terminator destroyer

- Ellen Ripley Alien Killer, possibly an ally to the Predator

- Storm From The X Men. Will she whip up a tornado in the board room?

- Kathryn Janeway - A strong-willed, determined captain who'll stop at nothing

- Sam Carter The Colonel with brains and brawn from Stargate Atlantis

- Marvel Girl Better known as Jean Grey from The X-Men

- Lady Penelope From Thunderbirds. Gentle but dangerous. Drives a nice car. No strings attached.

Now all of these characters are used to death and danger on a daily basis and wouldn't flinch at an advancing threat. 'The Apprentice', however, is all about taking people out of their comfort zone and placing them in situations where they have little or no experience to see how they react under pressure.

For this reason, my 3 tasks would be:-

To open a tea shop in a Cornish village, achieve the most sales of local cream tea's and to actively promote village life to visitors.

Take control of a primary school for the day and direct this year's Christmas play.

Take charge of a local gym to see which team can tempt the most people to sign up as members.

Now how these teams would be split and who would act as team captain is another saga, and not one that can be covered here.

If you were to create your own fantasy version of "The Apprentice", who would you include?
