After the final stretch relax your hand and penis for a full minute before continuing.
Grasp the head of your penis with your hand, either under or over the penis.Stretch your penis downwards towards the floor and hold for 10 to 15 seconds. Repeat this stretch an additional three times, pausing for 30 seconds between each stretch. After the fourth stretch relax for a full minute.
Grasp the head of your penis with your hand. Stretch the penis towards the left side and hold for 10 to 15 seconds. Repeat this stretch three more times, resting for 30 seconds between each stretch. After the fourth stretch to the left and a 30 second rest, stretch the penis to the right and holding for 10 to 15 seconds. Repeat three more times, resting for 30 seconds between each stretch.
