In Mac OS X, all the files, disks, and even the applications launching is managed by the Finder application. It is a default Mac application with GUI, similar to shell in other operating systems, but with graphical user interface. Turn your Mac computer on and insert the Software Install disk, which comes with the system.

Press C key from keyboard at startup to boot your system from disk.

Open System Folder and then Extensions folder.

Locate the DragLib and Macintosh Drag and Drop files and drag them to Trash Bin.

Open Startup Disk's control panel and click hard drive icon.

Close Startup Disk's control panel and reboot your system.

If the above tips do not fix the issue, you are required to format your Mac hard drive and reinstall operating system. It removes all the data from your Mac hard drive and causes severe data loss.
