Jumeirah Business Center Tower's by Al Fajer Properties
The Jumeirah Business Center Tower's are a collection of nine free-hold commercial towers being developed in plots G2, V1, Y1, N3, W1, L1, H1, G3, and H3 of the Jumeirah Lakes Towers(JLT) Community in Dubai, UAE. The towers were designed by National Engineering Bureau and are being developed by Al Fajer Properties(AFP). These state-of-the-art facilities cumulatively offer exclusive free-hold offices totaling a leaseable area of 3.6 million square feet and an additional 150,000 square feet dedicated to retail across all nine towers.
Phase 1 Completed by Al Fajer Properties
Phase one of the project was awarded to Dubai-based property developer-Al Fajer Properties. AFP is the premier developer in the Dubai World DMCC Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) community and is the only developer to include a five-floor atrium within the lobbies of its towers. The first phase of the development consists of five towers and adds 2 million sq ft of office space and an additional 83,000 sq ft of retail space within theJumeirah Lakes TowersCommunity. Al Ahamdiah Contracting (AFP's main contractor), enabled the project to achieve a rate of a 4-day cycle per floor for phase 1, which has resulted in five towers being built in a span of twelve months.

Phase 2
Phase 2 consists of four commercial buildings, three of which are known as the Ebony and Ivory towers. The addition of these four towers will add 1.6 million sq ft of office space and an additional 66,000 sq ft of retail space within theJumeirah Lake Towers Community and is dedicated to the highest green building codes complementing the green mandate set out by the Dubai Government. Phase 2 of this development is expected to be completed by 2012.
Al Fajer Properties deployed AED 274 million of capital on phase 2 of its AED 1.8 Billion JBC (Jumeirah Business Center) Project. The company also initiated the implementation of new policies and procedures in Phase 2, bringing the company up to date with international financial standards and in line with updated RERA (Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority) rules and regulations ensuring more transparency in the marketplace.
