As a real estate professional presenting a house (or deal) you are usually posting some pictures of the house, and giving all other relevant information. After doing many of these presentations as well as lots of in office videos we asked the question: why don't we incorporate videos into our real estate house/deal presentations (or websites/blogs)? After we added video into our pictures slide shows, google maps, and text information we started wondering why everyone wasn't doing this...
All you have to do is create a picture slide show that includes house pictures, maps, and text information into your video editing software (we used iMovie), and then make a video that shows you talking about the house. It looks really good if your talking about the pictures corresponds with the pictures being on the screen, and talking about maps when maps are on the screen, etc.
Next all you have to do is put it all together. You can either create a picture in picture effect where you're video is in a little box of your choice on the screen, or you can do a side by side effect where all of your pictures, maps, etc are 50% of the screen and you talking on the video is 50% of the screen.
This tool creates a much more entertaining presentation for your prospective buyers (and potential sellers), so if you're a real estate agent, investors, or any other type of real estate professional give this video and slide show a try and watch your closings increase!
