How to make an Egg McMuffin at home!

Ingredients you will need

1 English muffin

Cooking spray (Butter flavored)

1 oz. of bacon

2 egg whites

2 tablespoons of skim milk or half and half

Salt and pepper

1 slice of american cheese

Yellow food coloring

Preperation and cooking instructions

1. First, Spray both halves of the English muffins with butter spray. Then, toast the muffin

until it is lightly browned. While the muffin is toasting, spray a skillet with the cooking spray.

Saute the bacon for about 1 minute. Remove from pan and place on half of the toasted

english muffin.

2. In a bowl, combine the egg whites, milk (or half and half), 6 sprays of

butter spray, and salt and pepper. (Add a drop of yellow food coloring to egg

mixture). Stir the mixture well and pour it into a skillet that you coat with cooking spray. (Use

an egg ring and spray it with cooking spray. The egg ring will shape the egg to fit the muffin

perfectly.)

3. Cook the egg and place it over the bacon. While egg is still hot, place a slice of american

cheese over the egg and put the english muffin halfs on the top and bottom to make a

sandwich. Now you have your very own english muffin!
