Concentrate on your breathing and repetitive movements of your body. If there is music playing on your gym and make you feel nervous, you can bring your walkman with earphone and you favorite music.

2. Take a task at a time.

You might hear Type A behavior that is the hard-driven and competitive personality type and it was thought to be related not only to high levels of stress but also to greater chance of heart disease. Hurrying syndrome is the symbol of Type A, because they tend to do any thing faster than relaxed personality type. Type A always feels so rushed because they often try to do three things at once.

If you notice you have such same behavior, try to focus on the task at hand this week, If you are interrupted by the phone calls while you are working on something, let your answering machine take messages. Give people phone when the time is right for you. Do one thing at a time and you will feel less stressful.
