What can we do when money is scarce and bills are piling up? What can we do when work is either gone or reduced and the mortgage/rent is a huge chunk of our income? What can we do when we need medical treatments but cannot afford the expense? What can we do when governments are reducing payments and our children need clothing and healthy food to keep sickness away?
The above are some of the trials many are facing right now and while some say let those on the lower links of the chain fend for themselves the rest of us know we cannot allow anyone to go hungry, unclothed or undernourished. Charities are filling the gap or the void created by governments which really makes no sense because in financial terms it is Peter robbing Paul basically. So what are you to do for your own plight without losing your marbles?
Two things you shall need a) a baseball or a sliotar and b) a bat then go to a park and beat the living daylights out of it from one end of the park to the other until you are exhausted. Then repeat as necessary until you have extinguished the gnarling fire eating away at your sense of propriety.
When you feel ready go home, have a hot shower then right before you are ready to exit the shower slowly reduce the heat allowing coldness to invigorate you. This transforming cold shower has an amazing therapeutic benefit after a strenuous activity then please turn on some favourite music and lay down on the bed allowing sleep to descend over you.
If you have any savings do not waste them on get rich quick schemes as these are making a huge comeback right now, so please beware. There is no magical bullet but there is one thing and that is hope and although it may not put food on the table it shall inspire a solution. What ever you refrain from doing nothing as that will rot away at what ever strength you have left.
The best approach is to make a budget down to the last penny and then with surplus that may remain irrespective of how little; save it. Do not waste your money on trash food like chips, soda pop and sweet junk as these will only acerbate your already poor state of mind. Eat lots of vegetable and fruit and please encourage your children to eat lots of fruit and vegetables too.
Useful tip: exercise your body every day, exercise your mind by reading up on innovative opportunities and perhaps something may spark an idea. Give love every day and allow it to flow through you by being receptive because to receive showers blessings on those who want to love you.
