The graphics on the 15 inch and 17 inch Macbooks can be switched between the processor and the graphics card in order to save power when heavy graphics are not being used. Another major upgrade to these new laptops has been the tremendous battery life, which apple claims to be able to provide about 10 hours of battery back up on the 13inch MacBook Pro and up to 8-9 hours for the 15 inch and 17inch models.
Now that the world has been introduced to the latest thin-and-light laptops which fall under the sub 45000 range, the latest Dell Laptops in this range called the Dell Vostro V13 could face competition from many sides. It comes pre-installed with Windows 7 Professional operating system, which does have an advantage over the Home Premium version by providing features like Presentation Mode, XP mode, ant the ability of encrypting file the system.
The latest Samsung Laptops now come wrapped in a real brushed aluminum shell. The new Samsung Q530 laptop is powered by the new Intel Core i3 processor, and has a large 500GB hard drive for storage. The graphics are powered by the NVIDIA GeForce graphics in a sleek, ergonomic design. And the best part is that the laptop is just 27 mm in thickness, which makes the Q-Series model of Laptops much thinner than the average digital camera also.
