If you are a woman, take 2 egg yolks or a maximum of 50 grams fresh raw fish a day
What not to eat?
Since Acne develops on oily skin, you need to avoid greasy food. Which means, take control of fries, cheese, oil etc. Also, limit the amount of soda, sugary snacks, and other junk foods. On a positive note, such acne diet will not only make your skin look fresh and clean, but will keep you maintain your weight also.

You certainly can have them without worrying about acne diet! Do not feel guilty or fear when you consume chocolate and candies. Any relation between chocolates has not been proved yet but the fact remains that chocolates and candies contain high level of saturated fats. Avoid if you are weight conscious!
