subject: Fhtm Scam? Learn The Truth! [print this page]

Why all the FHTM Scam allegations? If you're reading this article right now, it's because you're wondering if FHTM (Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing) is a scam, and you've certainly come to the right place. You aren't the only one worried about all the talk of this possible scam, and it is great that you are doing your homework before just signing up on a whim. Each month, over a thousand folks are searching the Internet for the truth behind FHTM, & in this article you will learn everything you need to know in order to make an educatd business decision.

Now, it seriously seems that a ton of people take great pleasure in going on the internet and writing pessimistic comments about FHTM, and about network marketing in general. Pretty much anyone out there who is saying that the FHTM scam accusation is true, is saying that because they've had a negative experience and failed either in FHTM or in another multi-level marketing company. The reason people fail in this business is not because it's a scam, but I'll touch on that a little later on in the article. Right now, I want to verify for you the false FHTM scam accusations.

Let's look at the definition of the word 'scam.' It's defined as a stratagem for gain; a swindle. FHTM is clearly not 'swindling' anyone out of anything but you may be concerned if it's a pyramid scheme or not. Now, according to Wikipedia, a pyramid scheme is a non-sustainable business model that involves promising participants payment primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme, rather than from any real investment or sale of products or services to the public. Since FHTM is marketing at least one product or service - it can't be a scam or a pyramid scheme by definition.

Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing is a multi-level marketing company, and for legality purposes must offer more than just a business opportunity - it provides the opportunity to market products and services to the public. The Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing product line is inclusive of beauty, communication, entertainment, and health and wellness products. Normally, network marketing companies focus in on one of those categories and target it specifically, but here, you can basically choose whatever it is that you're most interested in within the company to be your main focus. You might think the variety of products is a god thing because you can market to folks in all the categories, but in spite of this, too many marketing options can be overwhelming for some people. Folks have a hard time getting good at any one marketing category and many times end up spreading themselves too thin, only to get nothing accomplished.

I stated previously in this article that the folks that are claiming "FHTM scam" online are former FHTM distributors or former distributors from a different company and just the multi-level marketing trade. This makes you question why people fail in FHTM, and get ready to hear the truth.

The number one reason why people fail is because of lack of training in the marketing arena. You need to understand that this is a multi-level MARKETING business, & if you come into it without preparing to absorb knowledge of marketing, you will be the next annoyed ex-distributor claiming "FTHM scam!" Generally, FHTM will provide you with just one type of 'training' - and that is to write down a list of everybody you know including relatives, friends and neighbors. They'll tell you to call them up, and either have a home meeting or a hotel meeting. If anybody comes to the meeting, they will be presented with the business opportunity (by you and your upline) and the products may even be sampled out. If the meeting is at a hotel, then everyone will meet there and listen to someone else present the business opportunity. Then, after you become a member of the NFL club (no friends left club), your upline will tell you that you need to harass everyone within 3 feet of you, and buy leads online and call them up, pitching the business. This is precisely the reason for the ninety-seven percent failure rate and the reason people are out there making FHTM scam accusations after they have failed. The people that are successful with FHTM have actually learned MARKETING - they have learned how to get the business in front of the people that are looking for it.
