In order to promote cooperation between Jews and Arabs to live side by side, with mutual respect and friendship. We have to continue encouraging creating good relations between Jews and Arabs in Palestine. In the past history (before Zionism come to the theater) both peoples experienced such relations. In many places and epochs of history of this world, Jews and Arabs live together, they both have much to contribute in building the common welfare of their common land, and each must earnestly desire peace in which to assist in increasing the well being of the whole people of the country Jews, Christians and Palestinian Arabs.
The new government will be represented by population size. If the population of Arabs in Palestine does not equal the number of Jews in Palestine, a number of Palestinians should be permitted to return to Palestine. In order to facilitate a new government equally represented, the world nations should encourage such solution of one state.
If we look at the total Israeli population is of more or less than 7,353,985 According to some resources (1) including 1,540,000 Arab Palestinians. This figure makes Israeli Jews population equals more or less than 5,800,000
Palestinian population in Palestine is 1,540,000 under Israeli control (This number if it was in 2004, 23% of Israeli population according to the same source. (1) CIA World Fact Book, which raise the figure to almost 1,800,000 but we will ignore this figure, and consider it as non-true) plus in Ghaza Strip 1,416,000 plus the West Bank population of 2,345,000. The total of Palestinians in Palestine is 5,301,000
Therefore, to make Jewish population equal to Palestinian population, the number of Palestinian required, and should be permitted to return, to fill the gap is about half million Palestinians.
As a result of this population equilibrium, and in order to be equal to Jewish population represented in the new government the two populations will elect their representatives according to numbers of their population, the President position, however being agreed upon, simultaneously or otherwise, would be elected in both for a period of four years. The government will be represented accordingly, taking into consideration other minority groups as well, such as Christians, Druze, etc.,
A new constitution will be formulated to bring the two people together and to promote the well being of the new state citizens.
According to my research experience and theorizing through Crescentology: The Moon Theory, and in my opinion, this solution may bring peace to both peoples in Palestine. The type of government, number and term periods of officials, and houses representation can be regulated by both peoples representatives with help of international Judiciary committees.
This solution will give Gaza Strip and West Bank as well as Arabs under Israeli occupation united to form equal part in the new government. It is equally gives the Jews to feel secure in free war zone of property ownership. This image should be reflected through common grounds, mutual respect, uniting efforts of utilization of education, media, cultural history, for the pursuit of happiness of both peoples. The idea is not naive as some people might think, it is reality of things which springs from the continuous suffering among both peoples, make the idea more practical and more pragmatic to bring peace to Palestine.
