Since the debating began with the new health insurance provisions, little attention has been paid to how our freedoms will be greatly reduced. The mandate to have everyone buy a medical insurance policy is not an assurance of medical coverage.
But health insurance and health care are always spoken of together as if they both mean the same. But these two terms actually mean different things. But most people don't know this.
For the time being our liberty is consistently decreasing if you compare it to the past. Does anyone stop to ask why this is happening and why with our health insurance and health care system? Is it that there are more individuals who continuously want to be taken care of?
Everyday when you drive by communities who live in association it is similar to what is happening to our health care system. People are beginning to forget what independence and freedom means and to add to this, Obama Care has taken more of our freedom.
1.There is a seven hundred fifty dollar fine in the first year you, a citizen, fail to acquire an affordable health insurance policy. If you purchase a policy or not the same thing will happen - the government will still get money from you.
2.If the young and healthy used to not care about being insured, they now have to because it's a government mandate. The average monthly cost for health insurance premiums will be contingent not just on you and your habits, but that of all living citizens, which will place a heavy burden on the young.
3.Medical insurance companies are required to offer adequate health plans without the high deductible and long-term plans.
4.There will be no more cost-sharing and preventive care because of the new law. All citizens are now forced to carry a full health insurance policy no matter what it costs.
5.Under the new law, your dependents under the age of 26 needs to be covered under your policy even if you do not prefer this.
6. All health insurance policies are now standard and will cover ambulatory services, emergency services, hospitalization, maternity, infant care, mental health, substance use and abuse, behavioral health treatments, prescription drugs, rehabilitative services, ambulatory devices, laboratory services, wellness services, chronic disease management, pediatric services.
7.All the plans that will be offered are Bronze Plans - plans that cost a lot.
8.Deductibles will be two thousand dollars for individuals and four thousand dollars for family plans.
