Today to most people the mask or mystique of the term "expert" has been uncovered. During bygone times, when someone was either presented on TV, Radio , magazine or newspaper as an expert most people will unconsciously be transfixed to accept the word of that person as gospel something unquestioned. It used to be that the many of the experts that appear on the media to offer solutions on areas of human problems were people from university faculties or research and think tanks or those who have advanced degrees such as a PhD degree. And it seemed that if you were not attached to a university or some research or think tank foundation that you cannot call yourself an "expert".
But currently we have many people going by that term of an "expert". Does the fact that many people are experts today; does it mean that these people are charlatans? No. The answer is in the opposite. The fact of the matter is that the process leading one into becoming an expert has been uncovered and any person can follow that process to become an expert in whatever area of interest.
The process that leads one to becoming an expert is becoming constant and continual never ending improvement. It is patient in practice and refining your actions and learning from your mistakes. It involves forward pedaling and backpedaling when confronted with an obstacle and then forward peddling immediately after learning from the obstacle.
Becoming an expert is about a calling for indeed no person can truly become an expert in a area of human life if that person has no lifelong interest in that particular area that burning passion and interest that keeps you awake drowning yourself in studies because you are hooked your are interested.
