As you might already know, there are so many vertical programs out there that you can use totrain your vertical jump heights. You should also be aware of the fact that some of these programs are good and some of them seem to be not so good. It is a good thing to take the second look when choosing a vertical program to help you train your vertical.
Anyway, at the end of the day, what I really want to encourage is for people to question the science and methods behind vertical training, train using these methods and share and learn from those experiences. There are so many programs out there which you can use and it looks like every other day a new program pops up.
Most athletes usually jump to buy a new program once they come across it, especially when the creators guarantee results! We certainly shouldn't get into the practice of abandoning one vertical program for another due to the allure of marketing. If we are fickle, no real progress can be made. You should stick to a program and conclude it. If you do not see any positive results then you can ask for your money back, and try getting a different vertical jump program to follow.
With that said, I would want to recommend a program which has gone a long way in helping me. It is this one by Jacob Hiller called The Jump Manual. The Jump Manual is a very comprehensive and effective jump system which has been popular on the net for a while and has been helping athletes all over the world.
