EOTech 552.XR308 Holographic Weapon Sight
This is the most popular model of hologram sights made by EOTech. The 552.XR308 gained its popularity through the use in law enforcement applications and has gained a following on and off the battle field. Powered by AA batteries for easy changing on the go without the difficulty of hunting down special batteries. If you use lithium batteries you'll get an increase in temperature operating conditions from -40 to 150 F. This model is designed with a ballistic drop compensated reticle for .308 caliber, other caliber compensated reticles are available as well as 1 MOA Dot reticle patterns. Mounts to 1" Picatinny (MIL-STD-1913) or Weaverrail and weighs only 10.9 ounces. The standard reticle on the EOTech 552.XR308 is 65MOA circle with quadrant ticks with 1 MOA aiming dot.
EOTech Military NV 556.A65/1 Holographic Weapon Sight
EOTech's 556 sights are loved for their great combination of speed, versatility and extended battery life. Theses sights are compatible with gen I-III+ night vision systems for tandem operations in night operating conditions. This sight is mountable to the 1" Picatinny rail and features a 7mm raised base. The buttons on the NV model are located on the side so you can access them easily if using night vision or a magnifier. The 556 modeled holographic sights will last up to 1,100 continuous hours at nominal setting 12 on a single battery cycle.
EOTech 557 AR223 Holographic Weapon Sight
This sight is designed for M-4 or M-16 style weapons and has a raised front base to allow it to fit over standard handle guards. The reticle on this sight has 4 aiming dots for target distances of 0-300m, 400m, 500m, and 600m, although it is recommended that you use a magnifier with this sight. This model like the 556 also features a 7mm raised base and are mountable on the 1" Picatinny (MIL-STD-1913) rail.
