It is their responsibility to spot and correct mistakes in order to keepprecision in electronic health records of hospitals.
CSR and SR eliminate the need for manual search of medical records in hospital archives. Through this modern system, hospitals and medical centers find it more convenient to keep electronic health records of patients.
