Tennis-a mind game
Tennis is a sport generally played between two players or between a team. In tennis, the player uses a racket and a ball to play. This game came into existence from United Kingdom. Later tennis became an Olympic sport and is also played by people of all ages. The four Grand slam tournaments are Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon and US Open.

All sports have 4 main areas-technical, tactical, physical and mental. Tennis is often called a mind game. In my view it is the types of demands placed up on the player. Coming to the mind position of a player through out the game, playing time for a tennis player is very important as the player should balance his mind internally and physically. He/she should be prepared as the ball turns up very fast and should be ready for the next action.
There are also situations when the player feels as stressful but the situation seems to be easy. The most important thing for a player is the player learns from their experience. Negative thinking affects the tennis players in two ways: feeling tensed and being unaware of the things to do. The player may get upset through some source of disturbances like planes flying through the court, climatic conditions etc.. A player should improve the technique to play, strategy, physical abilities and mental preparation of certain events.
When the tennis player builds his confidence, he will be able to play his best and doesn't lose his hope when a big challenge appears. Reharsing the new skill and practice is the energy improve their stroke and other physical skills are important for a player.
