I want to start off by saying that I have been struggling with weight all of my life. I know how hard it is to lose weight, and I know the torment that it brings to your life every single day.

I just recently started to "get health and beauty

And this is very important to understand. It is NOT just about losing the weight. In fact, losing the weight is just an after effect of getting your mind right.

Following the tips that I have will only speed up the "how to become thin" process. Getting healthy, and showing improvement in your health should be your # 1 priority here. I know how the overweight person struggles with their mind. It is an ongoing, seemingly never-ending torture inside your head.

Why are you overweight? You have to figure this out first. You will get yourself no where until you do anyway. health and beauty Ask yourself what it is that is causing you to over eat, and why you don't want to exercise. Is the food just too good? Are you just too hungry? Does it hurt to exercise? Is the sweating & running out of breath just too much for you?

Hey you guys- I know. I know all of the excuses, and I know them all too well.

Unless you are ready to make a mental change, you may as well stop reading right now. This is NOT about the food, and it's not about the exercise. It is about the way that you are thinking. If you feel guilty every time you eat a candy bar, or a piece of cake- rest assured it will go straight to your butt.

Have you ever seen the movie "The Secret?" While I don't totally agree with everything in that movie, ( I still think everyone should see it though,) I do believe in the law of attraction. The one quote in the movie that everyone should always try to keep in mind is, "What you think about, comes about."

If you feel guilty while you are eating a certain food, that guilt, and whatever else your subconscious is telling you, is going to undoubtedly take over your mind and body. This is so key in understanding WHY you are overweight.

I encourage everyone to do as much research as possible, on your subconscious mind. You need to know how very, very powerful it really is.

I don't want to get off track. Back to WHY you are overweight.

For me, it is most likely because I was screamed at most of my childhood. Now, let me clarify something. I have a wonderful mother who tried her best to raise 3 children, while dealing with a heap of depression. Of course raising 3 children is hard enough. Then you add depression into the mix, your kids are just a Fatty Patty's waiting to happen.

Depression affects way too many of us. And this is what I wanted to get at. WORK AT FIXING YOUR

DEPRESSION FIRST, AND FOREMOST.

And no, you don't have to pay for counseling. Really fix it. It's called soul searching.

I think you will find that what you are surrounding yourself with, affects your mind in every way.

You have to start getting all of the good things that are in this world, into your head. READ READ READ! Start reading uplifting articles. Watch uplifting things on You Tube. The majority of what I'm talking about is all FREE! Google is your best friend here.

Whatever it is that you want to read about, all you have to do is GOOGLE!

When I started this journey, I was not in the mind set to lose weight. I was actually looking to "Manifest Wealth." (That is what I googled. ) Let me tell you, manifesting wealth is what I got- and I still am not rich, (by this, I mean rich with money.) I am spiritually rich though!
