I guess by now you are thinking that I am slamming paid surveys. You are incorrect. I am only slamming the purchased survey opportunities that are attempting to get your wealth. There are many legitimate study opportunities out there. You just don't need to pay for them. A few legitimate companies are SurveyHead, OpinionResearch, SurveySpot, Clearvoice, and Signature survey.
A few things to recall when you are having surveys:
1. You will not qualify for all surveys. Chances are you will start a study, get through a few queries, and be told that you do not qualify for this survey. I find that is reasonable to expect to complete 2 out of every 5 or 6 surveys.
2. I have do not been purchased more than $9.00 for a survey. Most surveys are between $2.00 and $6.00. At Times you have the option of joining a focus group. Focus radicals take a lot more time and the maximum pay I have seen for one of these is $25.00.
3. Watch out for "study companies" that expect you to "test"(get) things. If you have to enter your credit card number that is not a study. Yet if you are getting paid to try out a free trial, you have to be carefull. You have to remember to cancel your trial or you will be charged.
4. Almost all study sites pay by PayPal. A very few pay you after each study. Most companies have a minimal amount that you should earn earlier they pay you. This varies between $10 and $FIFTY.
The bottom line: Yes, you can make a few excess bucks doing paid surveys. Some days you will get lucky and be able to complete higher paying surveys. A Few days you will not be so lucky. This is something you can do in your spare time but it is utterly not a occupation.
