Michigan Cadillac dealers and Cadillac dealers across the country have all contributed to a stellar month for Cadillac sales, up 41 percent.
DETROIT, M.I. Michigan Cadillac dealers and others throughout the country will be pleased to know their hard work has paid off, as Cadillac retail sales jumped 41 percent during the month of October.
It's no secret great customer service makes great sales, but Michigan Cadillac dealers also had another tool to aid them in churning out such high numbers of sales. Most likely, another contributing factor was the Michigan Cadillac dealers who went out of their way to make an excellent presentation of the Cadillac CTS and Cadillac SRX vehicles.
According to General Motors, the SRX soared with a 56 percent sales increase and the CTS boomed with a 70 percent increase.
Kurt McNeil, vice president of Cadillac Sales and Service, said in a press release, "The CTS and SRX have helped Cadillac gain more than 2 percentage points of share in the luxury market in 2010, while customer services such as the Cadillac Premium Care Maintenance program have helped make Cadillac the top-ranked brand for total satisfaction in Auto Pacific surveys."
The CTS is quickly rising through the ranks and enjoying popularity among major car review media outlets, such as its inclusion in Popular Mechanics' Top 10 Cars for 2011. Esquire magazine also named the CTS-V Sport Coupe Domestic Car of the Year.
In addition to the vehicles, Michigan Cadillac dealers also provide Cadillac Premium Care Maintenance programs, which also draw customers to their showrooms.
