The Real Acne Cause Exposed
The Real Acne Cause Exposed

What causes acne? There are a million theories on the real acne causes and I'm sure you've heard a lot of them. So many rules on what to do and what not to do to stop those dreaded pimples from forming. I'm not going to dictate my own ideas to you, adding to your list of confusion about what causes acne, rather illustrate a different way of thinking about your acne problem so you can find your unique acne trigger.

Have you ever had a mosquito bite? It itches and itches and so you scratch it, which makes it swell up and itch even more. It's enough to drive you mad! So you rummage through your bathroom drawer frantically, pull out some After Bite, and ahhhh finally some relief. You hate those mosquito bites, but no matter how much After Bite you put on your skin, you always seem to get more of them! Treating the bites once they have formed obviously isn't the answer.

Okay, okay, so you're saying to me, "obviously to stop mosquito bites, you need to stop the mosquitos. And what do bugs have to do with acne anyways?" Well it's a cause and effect issue. The mosquitos cause the bites, so you need to get rid of the mosquitos to stop the bites. Same goes with acne.

What is the first thing you do when you get acne? Do you go out and buy a spot treatment or a facewash to clear up the pimples? That's all fine and good, if, that is, you are happy with having to keep on buying those treatments that deal with the "bites" and not the "mosquitos".

Think of acne as the symptom of a problem, not the problem itself. You are now light years ahead of most of the population and a giant step closer towards stopping your acne before it starts.

With modern medicine today we tend to think of illnesses, disease, and bodily disorder problems as being isolated to the affected area. You have acne on your skin, so you treat your skin. But it is more complex than that. The body is a highly connected organism. What happens in one place of your body can sometimes show up as symptoms in another place, which is the case with acne.

So what is the problem within your body that produces acne as a symptom? Unfortunately there is no one answer that works for everybody on this one. Multiple problems can all show as the same symptom acne, making it hard to quickly diagnose. You need to play the part of investigator to figure out what your unique triggers are. But know that it is something internal inside of you that is out of balance. Here are some potential causes of acne that you should investigate about yourself:

Food allergies

Lack of vitamins and minerals

Over-worked liver or other organs that cleanse

Hormone imbalance

Overgrowth of candida

Stress

You need to find the "bugs" to squash them, so start looking. Change your focus off the "bites" to the "bugs" and your unique acne cause will be revealed.
