subject: What To Eat To Gain Weight Fast [print this page]

In this article i'm going to talk about weight gain, and the trouble I went through untill i bought an ebook telling me how to do it. I will give the links on where and how to buy it once I've talked about it for a bit. I have tried to gain weight several times in the past, trying and failing.

To be honest I went for about 3 weeks at the most eating 6 meals a day, tuna, chicken, everything wth lots of protein in it trying to gain weight. I had exercise routines and diet charts. i found all this information for free on the internet with just a bit of searching. However, I never saw a significant gain in weight, i put on about 3lbs at the most, in 3 weeks!! i was very unsatisfied and gave up. Its alot of effort eating 6 times a day and not seeing any results.

I looked about for a while and eventually went and bought a weight gain programme online, and what a difference!. It made things so much easier, it gave me a plan to follow, a diet programme etc. and it really made things easier. I started gaining about 2lbs a week and after about 2-3 weeks i saw a significant difference. I was very satisfied with the results. It was very easy to follow and very helpful. If i'm honest I never try and buy things like this online as I always think its a waste of money and I could learn just as well by searching online. But I really do recommend this programme, it helped me alot. I am 2 months into the programme and I have gained about 20lbs and i'm very happy with the progress.

A hardgainer is someone who is naturally skinny, has poor genetics for building muscle and has a very hard time gaining weight.

Most of what you read in the large majority of muscle mags is aimed at the guy who either has great muscle building genetics or is using steroids. All of the top bodybuilders you see in the magazines are all using upwards of $100,000 year worth of muscle building drugs. Whey Protein, Creatine etc. And the workouts are purposely written to overtrain you so that you get fed up and eventually feel like you need to buy their supplements. In fact, every major muscle magazine owns a supplement company. However, supplements like whey protein provide an excellent source of quick protein if you are too busy to make a meal, which can be very helpful. But it is not needed, you can do without it as long as you put in a little bit of effort.

I cant tell you how happy I am with this programme i really can't! Take it from me, give this programme a shot!
