The funds for the school have come from the member nations of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (ALBA). The member countries of the ALBA include countries like Saint Vincent and Grenadines, Cuba, Ecuador, Venezuela, Bolivia, Nicaragua and many more.
This school will be quite useful in offering military training as well as support to the countries of this union so that they can be able to defend themselves from internal as well as external aggression. The school will mean a great deal for countries like Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
