That would make sense, but you might be thinking that you don't need a broad computer based training program, but you need specific help on Microsoft Word or other specific programs. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to load a program on your computer that you could reference anytime that would help you with specific issues or questions? You might be familiar with Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel, but what about Outlook or PowerPoint or Publisher.
If you could access the specific computer based training programs that you need help with imagine how much quicker you would be with the things that you need to create. Instead of getting on the phone and calling your friends or family members or researching on the internet or reading a book you could just go to your computer based training program and type in what you need help with and it is right at your fingertips. It is important to recognize that time is money.
