This past week I heard a sermon that filled that space on my checkerboard that I feel is worth sharing. The twenty percent of that sermon that resonated were these words paraphrased. "This life we life is not about what we can consume. It is not about the car we drive, the home we own, or the label on our cloths. It is not about the club we are in or the status we have from our position. This life is about what we create for others to make their lives better. The Dear Lord has given each of us special talents to share. The gift is in giving. I urge each of you today to understand the gift you have, then give it to all of us, share it, and make the world a better place."
