Willpower and Commitment to Our Creator Will Enable You to Stay Along the Correct Path

Relaxing in the grass the other day, staring at the sky, I started pondering if I had really appreciated the conception of our Lord and his presence through my life. All of us believe that God is big and can easily do marvelous things, nevertheless do we honestly see all the tiny ways He reveals to us that He is there watching out for us and guiding us along the way. His presence is in every little thing we touch, notice, hear, and smell. The lawn I was sitting down on and the soil that I travel on everyday, each a gift from the Father. There are actually a great number of items in our everyday life that seem to be so little and are still so significant. Even while thinking of all things God has given me in my life, I also start to wonder if I am discovering the complete picture.

Is it possible I've been missing out on most of the Father's messages? My truthful answer is yes. Much like a lot of fellow Christians, I would prefer to get as near to the Lord as possible and fully grasp his objective for me. It is generally rather simple to get distracted and head down the wrong path. Even though I recognize God is a larger power, occasionally emotions and poor judgment can certainly take control. Even whenever we do venture in the wrong direction, He will certainly help us get turned around if we continue to be genuine followers and worship Him as we should. The holy bible teaches us that if we worship and bind ourselves to the Lord, our life will be stress free and satisfying. Even though parts of our day or lives might look blessed, there can continue to be those days when worry and anxiety get in the way. Some weakness and insecurity can control you if there is the lack of trust in our Heavenly Father's purpose. Sometimes in dark days we ignore that the Lord is beside us to guide us through and muster our strength. The attention moves from his message and teachings to a much more self-centered perspective. As a result of not permitting this to occur and continuing to worship and praise the Father as He deserves to be, you in reality make it easier to obtain support and instruction through each and every complicated situation.

While I went on to rest there, the thought popped into my head "Why do many have a tendency to abandon God during their most needy times?" The easiest response to this question for me is that we are simply not strong enough. Most people on earth have some level of low self-esteem. Pride is often used to conceal or hide these things. Instead of turning to God and people we cherish for help, our foolish pride stops us. By simply letting it get in the way, much larger troubles are made and the Lord is placed on the back burner. This furthermore tends to make it a lot easier to fall for temptations and become lost. After considering these very things, I reached one lone verdict: Stay faithful to the Lord, and He is going to stay right by your side.
