Step 1. Register with at least 3 forums from the list below.:

Internet Marketing Forums (PR3)
Talk Home Business (PR3)
StatCounter.com (PR8)
Or do a google search for "high pr forums" in a field related to your product or service.
Step 2. Register with each of the 3 forums by clicking on the register links above and filling
in the required details. Make sure you write down all the user/password information down.
Step 3. Wait for a confirmation email and click on the link inside the email to
verify your registration.(usually instant)
Step 4. Next look for a link that says "edit profile" or "profile" or
something similar. Most forums allow you to set up a profile with more details about
yourself, a photo, your website and so on.
Step 5. Add your name, your website if there is a space for it and a sentence or two about yourself.
Step 6.Check for any forum rules. Some forums do not allow you to advertise in posts and some may not allow affiliate links in your signature. Keep it short, sweet and simple. "Entice people to want to visit your site or create an offer. DON"T GET CARRIED AWAY or they WILL ban you.
Step 7. Go back to your profile and add your website and/or blog to your signature, making sure
that you follow the rules that you have just read.

Step 8. Now start posting. Before you do though remember DO NOT start posting flaky 2 and 3 word post like "me too" or "I hate that too ", etc. Most forums have narrators or forum "guards" that monitor any posts made. They are pretty good at spotting fakes. Remember this is a way to learn and teach while spreading your name out there. The more you honestly contribute the more results you'll get! Good luck.
