3 Deadly Resell Rights Mistakes to Avoid
3 Deadly Resell Rights Mistakes to Avoid

If you have noticed, there has been an growing market for resell rights products due to the fact that people can get professionally-made products and sell them for 100% profits. A lot of these products are of a very high standard and they can command for high prices - And this means even more profits for you when you sell them.

The other thing about selling products that you have resellers' rights to is that you can withdraw the payment that you've received instantly (if you are using payment processors such as PayPal or 2CheckOut to process payment). This is unlike when you sign up for affiliate networks, where you have to wait up to 60-days before you can receive payment for your commissions.

While resell rights products can be very profitable for marketers, there are some who fail to benefit from it. And the reason why they fail to generate huge profits from these products is down to the fact that they are guilty of either of the 3 deadly resell rights mistakes. In this post, I'm going to share with you what these 3 mistakes are, and how you can avoid them.

1. Selling A Resell Rights Products At Ridiculous Prices

I'm sure you've seen marketers pricing high-quality resell rights products at insane prices like 99 cents, $1.99, and so on. These people, in my opinion, are doing these products a lot of injustice, as some of these products are of such a high quality (in fact, I've seen some that are better than those 4-figure high-ticket products) but yet they are priced at such low prices.

It makes me wonder how these guys will ever get rich from selling these products at such low prices. The money that they receive is not even enough for them to cover the monthly hosting fees to host these products online.

My advice to you if you wish to generate massive profits from these products is that, you need to price them at prices that they are really worth. If you do not know how much to price these products, you can check out the resell rights license for the recommended selling price.

2. No Demand For Products

As much as these resell rights products are extremely profitable for you as a marketer, you will want to check out on the actual demand for these products before acquiring resell rights for them.

What I mean by this is that there are some niches where people are simply not spending any money on, so you would not want to sell products in such niches (as it will simply not make you any sales).

One simple method you can use to find out whether or not a particular niche has ready-buyers, you can make a trip down to your local bookstore - And head on to the magazines section. If there are magazines dedicated to the niche market that you are intending to go in, that means that there is a market of ready-buyers in that niche. Therefore, you can safely purchase resell rights to the products dedicated in the niche.

3. Not Complying With Product's Resell Rights License

Most of these resell rights products come along with a product license, which states what you can, as well as cannot do, with the product itself.

Be sure to read through the license thoroughly. If on the license, it states that you are not allowed to sell the product on eBay, or you cannot give away the product for free, or you cannot bundle other products together with this one and sell as one package, etc., make sure you comply with them. Failure to do so may land you into some serious trouble (in extreme cases, you may risk getting sued for infringing a products' rights).

If the product does not come along with a resell rights license, and you are wondering what you can or cannot do with it, what you can do is to send an email to the orignal product owner to ask (it doesn't hurt to ask) to be on the safe side.

Are you guilty of making one of the above 3 deadly mistakes that I've just highlighted above? If you are, it's time to make the necessary amendments and start selling these resell rights products the way it should be sold... Starting today.
